- 07:30 AM – 08:00 AM: Morning Walk
- 08:00 AM – 09:15 AM: Instruction and Dynamic Meditation ( An Intense high energy technique that cleans all three levels of body, mind and Energy. Provides a boost of energy for the entire day. Not for faint hearted. )
- 09:15 AM – 10:00 AM: Healing Yoga
- 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Breakfast
- 11:30 AM – 01:30 PM: Osho Talks, Q & A Session, Nataraj Intense Dance Meditation
- 01:30 PM – 03:15 PM: Lunch Break
- 03:15 PM – 04:30 PM: Passive Meditation (Naad Brahma Meditation) Creating, merging and healing with the Brahma Naad sound of eternal.
- 04:30 PM – 04:45 PM: Break
- 05:00 PM – 06:15 PM: Kundalini Dhyan ( Sister meditation to Dynamic, Deep healing of energy system and relives from all negative energies and fixes circadian rhythm and induces deep sleep at night)
- 06:30 PM – 08:00 PM: Dinner and shower
- 08:00 PM – 10:00 PM: White Robe Kirtan and Guru Aarti, silent sitting, Humming, Guru Video darshan
