2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial, spiritual and educational purposes.

3. Programs, Events & Bookings

Bookings for retreats, events, meditations and classes are subject to availability. Prices, schedules and facilitators may change. Confirmation of a booking is subject to successful payment. Please review each program’s details before registering.

4. Memberships

Membership plans, including volunteer and residential tiers, grant the benefits described at the time of purchase. Recurring memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. Benefits and discounts are non-transferable.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions used to support our mission and projects. Unless otherwise stated, donations are non-refundable. We are grateful for every offering, monetary or otherwise.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation and refund eligibility for programs is described on the relevant booking page and in your booking confirmation. Requests should be made through your account or by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

Osho® is a registered trademark. All content on this site — including text, images, discourses and design — is the property of its respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Copyright & DMCA Takedown Notices

Osho Universal does not own or claim rights to any historical media. User-generated content must comply with global fair use guidelines. We will immediately remove copyrighted material upon request.

To report a copyright violation, please send a written notice by registered / certified mail with recipient signature required to our designated Copyright Agent:

A copy may also be emailed to copyright@oshouniversal.org, however a signed notice sent by certified mail with signature confirmation is required for any formal takedown action.

Your written notice must include:

Your full name, mailing address, phone number and email;
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
The exact URL(s) or location of the material on our website;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
